After being rescheduled several times due to COVID (it was originally scheduled for 2020), Matchbox 20 finally played the Saratoga Performing Arts Center on their Slow Dream tour. Singer-songwriter Matt Nathanson opened up the show.

Nathanson writes memorable hooks and soaring melodies. He is supplemented by Aaron Tap on lead guitar and harmony vocals. I have said it before that Tap is to Nathanson what Michael Anthony was to David Lee Roth. His harmonies are always the perfect compliment to Nathanson’s melody.
