A MELLOW JAMES TAYLOR strummed his guitar and sang to more than 12,500 concert goers at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center Sunday night. The mood of the crowd was easy golng during the two-hour concert, a quiet contrast to the ruckus following a J. Gells Band concert one week ago. The New York City Ballet will appear at the center Tuesday through Saturday. The Carpenters and Neil Sedaka will appear in concert Sunday.
